Sleep Education from CSU Center for Mindfulness
The Center for Mindfulness (C4M) is delighted to announce a virtual 6-week Sleep Education Series with C4M’s Sleep Coach, Lauren Ziegler.
In this 6-week online group program, you’ll come away with a personal sleep success plan that works for your lifestyle so that you can sleep better and finally have the energy to focus on the things that are really important to you.
